Education includes all my services, such as behavioral consultations, puppy prevention or workshops.
My focus is on the education (social learning) of the dog, especially in behavioral training or puppy prevention. Formal learning (dressage/obedience) tends to play a subordinate role in my consultations.
Behavioral training is not about training the dog, but about responding to its needs, relieving it of responsibility and showing it new possible solutions.
This requires a great deal of self-reflection on the part of the owner.
Puppy prevention is about setting the right course to enable a harmonious life together and to prevent problem behavior from developing in the first place.
In order to go even deeper here, I always recommend a combination of behavioral counseling and dog physiotherapy. Not only in this context, of course. A physiotherapy check-up makes sense for all dogs. Whether young or old, big or small.
