Dogphysiotherapy

The aim of canine physiotherapy is to minimize pain, promote healing and improve and maintain the dog's quality of life.

Dog physiotherapy is about correcting impaired functions in the musculoskeletal system. The aim is also to minimize pain, normalize or maintain movement sequences and joint mobility and improve the dog's fitness - even into old age.

Targeted physiotherapeutic measures can shorten healing processes and break the vicious circle of incorrect strain, relieving posture and pain.

Physiotherapy is an important part of a healthy and fit life for your dog.

Physiotherapy does not replace a visit to the vet, but complements treatment by the vet in various cases.

In order to be able to treat my patients in the best possible way, I have set up a practice at home with a separate entrance - barrier-free. You can park right outside the door.

From November 2022 to February 2024, I successfully completed my training as a dog physiotherapist at the AFH (Aus- und Fortbildungszebntrum für Hundegesundheit) with written, oral and practical exams.

In March, I started the online training course “Dog Fitness Coaching” at the Dogtisch Academy to continue my education in this field.

Anyone who knows me knows that there are more training courses on the agenda.

In September, I spent three days with Handsondogs (Anne Müller) on the subject of “breathing therapy” and in October I spent two days with Susanne Schmitt on the subject of “Dorn therapy for dogs”.

More training courses are sure to follow ;)
